more videos more interviews please. This was absolutely delightful 2 legends
"Chin Chin"!
I have just discovered these chats and am absolutely loving them.
Do you know Rob Brydon’s son is actually in my year.
I should try blagging a get in to some of these 'executive' dinner parties but I feel I would talk the living daylights out of them. Probably would have to get my coat .. .. ..
I just founds these and I watched them all in one night! Well Done fabulous
Richard E. Grant is still devastatingly handsome, and I love all his performances. This interview with Rob Brydon highlights what a delightful guy he is, as is Rob!
Too short this interview love Grant and he got a bad deal on Star Wars not nearly enough of him in that. Just wanted a bit of information if you talk to him again Rob ask him about Brendan Gleeson was in Star Wars or not. Many thanks Stella
Anderson and the both of you - couldn't have picked better in a million years.
So loved all these lovely laid back chats, but Rob have you shaved your legs
It’s great to see these guys doing the NLworld thing. Brings the professionalism to the platform.
What I’d give to see Rob and Richard in a Wes Anderson film.
Richard E Grant looks more and more like John Gielgud, even sounds like him...🤔
Never noticed before but my God yes.
What absolute twaddle
Amazing. Thank you xxx
Richard should be the next Dr Who!!!
I agree 100%
have loved him and his work since his Scarlet Pimpernel days
James who on the billboard?
I want to marry you Rob
I’d love to see Rob talking to Hugh Grant. He does a great impression of Hugh.
Absolutely love this. Two of my absolute favourite people.
What a(nother) delight! Richard is a long time favourite , and i've recently been enjoying watching him swanking, that's swanking, about in fancy pants hotel, with his usual gleeful enthusiasm . Rob and Richard chemistry and warm humour is wonderful to witness.
Geez... until he mentioned it, I had mentally disconnected the fact that Rob Brydon the comic actor was also Rob Brydon the radio host.
Celebrities need to get off NLworld, you've already got your platforms.
Withnail!
I have bumped at Richard Grant in Richmond while walking Thames path. Literally bumped ;) He's a true gent and seems pretty humble and normal.
Withnail And I and Bram Stoker’s Dracula are among my favourite films and Richard E. Grant is brilliant in both!
Just because the best tailoring you've ever seen is above your fucking appendix!
We demand the finest wines available to humanity, and we want them here, and we want them now.
Next week Paul McGann? Come on Uncle Bryn 🙏
Great interview. Would love to see the one with Richard Herring on RHLSTP which his people stopped? 🤷♂️
Do these people have their own social media network or phone book? How do they find eachother?
richard e grant not only starred in a star wars movie but is also a fanatic star wars fan thats all i need to know!
I'd happily watch longer versions of these interviews, great stuff!
Another wonderfully warm interview. Richard E telling Barbara Streisand that he has a model of her head in his home whilst at a showbiz gathering is fucking mental.
Wonderful interview uncle Bryn.
omg this was my fave so far I love BOTH THESE AWESOME GUYS
nlworld.info/key/video/pmqXep2pnKZ_qW8
this is my favorite conversation youve had so far
I love this interview, I love Richards acting career and I've always been a fan of his since I watched WithNail & I so many years ago. All I could think when I watched it was this actor is superb and hands down funny as heck! Thank god for social media, now I can follow his career on it. If I could have a dream job, it would be to work on set with Richard. I don't care what I would do. I would get him whatever he wanted.🙏😆...I would just love to watch a true professional in action.❤
I like Richard E Grants turn of phrase, smoke up the fundament!
Thanks..needed a bit of fun. Hope Uncle Bryn keeps in touch with Dawn.
What a really great interview Uncle Bryn!
Mr. Grant is now officially invited to my famous hypothetical dinner ("If you could invite 8 people, alive or dead, to a dinner party..."). You, too, Uncle Bryn. ;-)
Richard E Grant is just a joy. Long me he continue :-) Oh, and Rob too ;-)
Such a happy conversation between friends! 💞
Oh he's delightful! What a lovely interview
Rob - I'm enjoying meeting all your famous friends. Stay humble...it's very endearing.
It's so exciting seeing two character actors at the top of their game talk shop !!
Why not get Lee Mack and David Mitchell on?
Lol, Rob just answered your question on the new Q&A video on this channel😂
Because they're both annoying AF?
Great interview Rob, so enjoying all of these, great guests
Withnail and Rob, sans the starvation!
I wish I was Richard E Grant and Jeromy Irons child.
Love these interviews.. Really enjoyable Rob.
Speaking of Alison Steadman, you should have her on. Or did you already and I missed it?
another little smasher
Release the RHLSTP ep
I adore you both. Uncle Brynn for your discretion about that night with your nephew and Richard E. Grant you were absolutely brilliant in "Can You Ever Forgive Me." Rob Brydon if I see your name in a cast, I know I'm going to smile to my core. You are the best!
Uncle Bryn is very good at bringing out the best with his guests.
You’re doing so well at NLworld! Great job!!
Probably the most enjoyable one yet !! And I’ve liked all of these interviews!!! Rob asks very interesting questions and they seem to have a very good relationship! And I love Richard E Grant!!
Delight! Delight! Delight!
I am so enjoying your wonderful videos, Rob, and Richard E. Grant is one of my favourites! Fingers crossed you'll keep doing them for a while yet. It's tremendously uplifting to see you rethink and recreate your art in the same way that we're all trying to do...though your video quality is a lot better than most! Thank you!
You’re a lucky man, Rob. Richard E. Grant allowed you to post this interview, unlike his RHLSTP with Richard Herring, which he banned from broadcast with no explanation.
@FStarNumber3 Merchant was the biggest dick. There was nothing in that interview that Herring hasn't done with everyone. There was no reason for Merchant to be an asshole except for the fact that he wanted to be an asshole.
Tara Charnow I’ve liked the Herring variety of Richard for over 27 years but he can sometimes let his nerves and comic persona drift in to the ‘offensive dick’ territory in his interviews as he admits himself. I get the feeling the E Grant variety does not suffer fools gladly unless they are friends or he gets the joke. If Herring is unknown to E Grant then I could see how this particular episode of what all the cool kids are calling it, might have been an unenjoyable train wreck for the E Grant variety. Just look at the Stephen Merchant interview and Merchant understands the schtick but is still not having a fun time!
Well, no we're all full of questions.
What interview?
He's got so much range. All the way from A to A. And Hugh Grant took shit
Keep em coming Rob... Just loving these... xx
What kind of camera are you using Rob
Rob and Richard in a Wes Anderson film? Please someone make this happen! Rob could do several characters if it was a claymation/stop-motion, like "Isle of Dogs" or "Fantastic Mr. Fox". Though I'd rather they actually appear on screen.
It would be Wes Anderson, Rob could play a pair of twins who are arch-rivals/sworn enemies ever since the incident in their childhood. (You KNOW Rob would love getting to 'show his range.')
Perfumed ponce!
Guess this'll have to do until Mr E. Grant allows Mr Herring to release the RHLSTP.
@VideoNozoki Wow. Thanks for the unsolicited input. I can sleep more soundly now knowing how you feel.
@VideoNozoki thanks for letting us know.
Richard Herring... I really don't see the appeal, I don't enjoy him or his interviews AT ALL. (I know, there must be something I'm missing, but I just don't see why people like him, or even agree to be interviewed by him.) He just comes across as a wealthy boy who grew up with wealthy connections to get him 'in' to interview much more interesting people than himself. At least Brydon seems actually interested in his guests and what they have to say (especially about Brydon, ha, but other things as well), without flipping his hair every few seconds to show how 'rock-n-roll' he mistakenly thinks he is. If Herring cut his hair and wore clean clothes, would he have any appeal without some part of his look to play with as he twaddles along?
I was there, which I am very grateful for since it was never released, however the memory fades and it really annoyed me that he or his people didn't allow it to be uploaded. Don't know why, maybe because of Rich's teasing about not being able to talk about star wars? Or maybe he was embarrassed about Rich introducing him as being best known for playing long john silver ("You absolute fucker. I never played long john silver")
Rob the way you are editting these is kinda bizzare. Let it roll out more, please! We do want this to succeed
'stood and cheered' 6:48 fist-pumped the air?
Amazing as ever, great interview thank you Rob - wish it was longer
Haven't even watched this yet and I am so giddy I had to post my comment. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
800 views and only 81 likes.... this is the best one yet!!
We've gone on holiday by mistake!
I have distressing news. We're out of wine. What do you propose to do about it?
Of course he’s the fucking farmer!
Nothing prepares you for this... I cheered, I shouted, I fist-pumped the air, I cried... I stood and cheered. It's absolutely everything I hoped it would be!
@Myles Casey daff bastard
He blocked Limmy °_°
Totally agree two fav people being everything you hoped they would be, love this Brydon series 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
See you in Richmond Richard and Rob
Adam Lee came here to say the same thing XD
White male privilege, how are we!
Let's see, for starters, wondering who peed on your cornflakes this morning...
Don't feed the trolls
@Crispin Dry Try not get your blood pressure up, dear.
Rob Brydon’s mixed race
Oh fuck off. What are they supposed to do? They didn't choose to be born white, they're successful because they have talent and worked hard at what they wanted to be. How is that "privilege" ? How is Rob Bryden privileged by being born in a shitty Welsh town to working class parents? Just because Richard E Grant talks posh doesn't mean he automatically gets accepted for every role - it's down to talent. How do you feel about right-wingers saying that black actors are only on TV because they're black? It's bullshit - they're on TV because they'e talented.
Brilliant as ever!
Thanks Rob, another great interview, already looking forward to the next one!
I am a man and I would have 1980’s Richard E. Grants children.
Nin Po yes me too, but I have moved on as he has aged.
I'm loving these videos so much
Yes, back in the 70s, you'd see a star driving by in their Rolls and say good old Jimmy Savile, he's done well. And look, he's got his young daughter with him. So cute.
Steve N I think you would more likely see him with a son rather that a daughter 😟
Mr. Brydon, as an American may I just say, you are bloody brilliant. I have been a huge fan of Gavin and Stacey as well as Would I Lie to You, as well of every other thing you’ve done. Richard E Grant, Dr. Who, Twelfth Night, Spice Girls...America has a lot of work to do to catch up to the Brits!
Brilliant interview chat trip down memory lane a snipit of your lives ❤️👍interesting because we can remember the acting but not the work or effort to get to do the job,,
Love that Uncle Bryn came out!
My fravourite film with Richard in is Hudson Hawk,, a great megalomaniac,, strangely he looks much younger now,, maybe it's alchemy 😂😂❤️👍
Hilarious. Good interview
