I made these, had some of them filled with a bit of raisins and some with candied pecans, they were amazing! I put my cut rolls in the pan and put them in the fridge, and baked the next day :)

Recipe is great! But the biggest issue is measurement! Cup, half of cup, quarter of cup? Really? What if ur cup is 500 ml and my is 1000ml?? Id like to have specific grams.

I absolutely loved this recipe, but I do have one question. Every time I make the filling, it seems extremely “runny” I guess and a good amount of it slides off when I roll the cinnamon roll. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

@America Thanks, I actually tried the vegan recipe for cinnamon rolls from this channel, except I did use dairy milk and butter.. that recipe didn’t call for baking powder, and it came out delicious 😋 I also used bread flour.

My sister and I made these for our whole family and they were SO good!! We somehow made 16 and they were gone in 2 days!

I made them before and they tastes amazing but they looked a bit expanded but I think it was my own fault I think my tin was a bit too big so make sure it is small enough

You got the perfect rise (that's hard to do), the icing was just right, just the right amount of cinnamon. They got that little bit of caramelization too, sooo good. This is my go to recipe. I have literally tried a dozen recipes. This one works everytime. The first time I made double the frosting. Truthfully, it was to much. I now make the regular amount. I also always make double the recipe and freeze half. It's a lot of work and saves me time. I also have a nice treat if anyone drops by unexpectedly.

If the drought doesn’t fully rise, the rolls won’t be jive and fluffy and jus... good at all. Search up what happens when u bake without letting the yeast rise.

Always preheat ur oven. Even when they don't say so specifically in the recipe, always do so.
I added 4 cups of flour and the dough was extremely stiff
@Heather Kouba oh I forgot to mention. the type of flour, how old it is and its consistency should also affect your dough so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
@Heather Kouba do you mean when you first add your flour to the yeast mixture? Hmmm did you sieve your flour? I usually like sieve-ing it and adding the 4 cups gradually, only adding more when the previous amount is incorporated. It should help since either way you need to beat out the air pockets

I reckon you can. It'll just taste a tad bit different since it has a deeper flavour compared to normal brown sugar.

I personally used bread flour since I saw other recipes online use that. Also, isn't all purpose flour the same as regular flour? You can use that too.
